At Newton Abbot Racecourse we go to great lengths to make sure it’s a memorable day out for all of the family.
Children’s play area
We have now moved the Children’s Play Area into the Course Enclosure with a dedicated, secure gated enclosure right on the rails.
As part of our effort to ensure that a day’s racing has something on offer for everyone, regardless of age, the new permanent play area will be open at every fixture throughout the season.
Boasting favourites such as a nest swing, traditional swings, a climbing fort with slide and sprung animals, including, of course, a horse, the play area is suitable for young racegoers aged 3 to 12 years. There’s plenty to keep them entertained in-between the racing action.
