This festive event promises a day full of holiday cheer and delightful experiences for the entire family.
Entry to the Christmas Fayre is just £3 per adult on the day. Children can join the festivities for free, making this a perfect family outing.

Inside Craft and Gift Stalls: Explore a wide range of unique gifts and crafts from 70 local stallholders. From handmade jewellery to festive decorations, you'll find plenty of treasures for everyone on your Christmas list.
Outside Market Stalls: Stroll through the outdoor market stalls for even more shopping opportunities. Discover seasonal treats and delightful surprises at every turn.
Christmas Village: Step into a winter wonderland with our enchanting Christmas village, featuring 60 stables each housing a unique crafter or gift seller.
Mulled Wine and Café: Warm up with a cup of mulled wine or enjoy a cosy break at the indoor café, where a selection of hot drinks and lunches will be available.

Reinpony Rides: Children will delight in reinpony rides on charming Dartmoor Hill ponies. This enchanting activity is sure to create lasting memories.

Christmas Carol Choir: Enjoy the sounds of the season with live performances by our Choir86 in the Paddock Suite at 11.30am and 1.30pm. Sing along to your favourite carols and let the festive spirit fill the air. We also have The Redrock ACappella Choir performing outside in the stable area at 11am.

Competition Time!
"The Elves’ Big Christmas Mission" Christmas is fast approaching, and Santa’s elves are hard at work making sure everything is ready for the big day. But this year, they’ve been given a special mission by Santa himself—to spread festive cheer at Newton Abbot Racecourse’s Christmas Fayre!
The elves have scattered themselves all around the fayre, each taking on a fun and festive task. Whether they’re wrapping presents, checking Santa’s naughty or nice list, or making Christmas goodies, they’re hidden in different spots, and it’s your job to find them!
Santa needs the help of all the children at the fayre to discover where the elves are hiding and what they’re doing. You’ll need to keep your eyes peeled, note down what you find on your competition sheet, and when you’re finished, drop it into Santa’s special postbox in the racecourse office.
Elf Competition - Key Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: The competition is open to children aged 12 and under. Entry is free and limited to one entry per child.
How to Enter: The competition can only be entered in person at the Christmas Fayre. Participants must find all hidden elves and submit their completed competition sheets at the designated postbox in the Newton Abbot Racecourse office by the end of the event.
Prize: One winner will be chosen at random to win a prize.
Winner Announcement: The winner will be notified after the event using the contact details provided at submission. If no response is received within 7 days, another winner may be selected.
Terms: Full terms and conditions apply and are available on the competition sheet provided at the event.
