Saturday 20 August Racing - SOLD OUT

We’re sorry to announce that all tickets for our next weekend fixture on Saturday 20 August 2022 at Newton Abbot Racecourse are now SOLD OUT.

There will not be any additional tickets available on the gate on the day so please do not arrive at the racecourse without a ticket.

As previously announced, tickets for all weekend fixtures this year are ONLY available in advance and will not be available on the gate on the day. Our final weekend fixture of 2022, on Saturday 15 October is likely to be a sell-out too so if you’re planning on joining us that day, we would advise booking your tickets as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Tickets for all remaining fixtures at Newton Abbot Racecourse this year are on sale now – book today to save money on Paddock Admission.

Why restricted crowd numbers?

We have brought in crowd restrictions on our busier weekend fixtures for the safety and enjoyment of all our racing fans. Like many businesses at present, we are struggling to recruit enough raceday staff to offer the service that we strive to provide at each meeting.

Furthermore, we are regularly experiencing high levels of staff absence. This obviously results in longer queues than we would like at bars etc despite our best efforts to staff at appropriate levels.

We appreciate that queues are frustrating, but we would ask that you please remain courteous to all our staff who are working their hardest in these challenging circumstances. We will not tolerate any abuse towards our hardworking staff.
