Job Title: Kitchen Assistant
Salary: £23,000
Job Type: 35 hours per week

• Working hours: Day-to-day 9am to 4pm / Raceday hours vary to which raceday
• Clean driving license required
• Keeping the kitchens and various outlets clean, together with all the equipment
• Help put deliveries away
• Replenishing all outlets
• Managing stock control
• Ability to work well within a focused team
• Punctual timekeeping
• Flexible attitude towards the working environment
• To cover front of house as and when required
