Free Workshops Announced For Wellbeing Show

The Newton Abbot Wellbeing Show returns to Newton Abbot Racecourse on Saturday 1 June!

Wellness is a proactive approach to our physical, emotional, social and mental health – and we are delighted to welcome our exhibitors back to what we feel sure will be another fulfilling and interesting day for all.

The show will be an opportunity to meet a wealth of likeminded people & organisations who can support you to feel refreshed, with a complimentary holistic approach. There will be a host of exhibitors from across the region all devoted to a healthier lifestyle.

Including natural health and complementary medicine as well as the opportunity to learn about spiritual and personal growth. This show is a great opportunity for individuals as well as groups to come along to learn how to enhance their wellbeing by connecting with many health and wellbeing providers showcasing in a variety of meaningful ways.

This is the golden opportunity for you to change your life in both a subtle and impactful way.

There will also be selection of FREE 30 minute workshops running throughout the day where you can experience and learn about a selection of methods to support your wellbeing.

We already have several workshops confirmed which are going to offer a wide and varied insight in to how to enhance your health and wellbeing. These workshops include dowsing, clairvoyancy, shiatsu, hypnotherapy NLP and mindscaping, reflexology, Qigong, Yin and yoga nidra and a talk about how visitors can activate and their own stem cells. A lot to choose from on the day!

Doors will be open to visitors from 10.00am and the show will remain open until 4.00pm.

Our upstairs cafe will be open providing a variety of healthy snacks, meals and drinks catering for every diet, including Vegetarian, Gluten Free and Vegan choices. Hot and cold drinks will be available.

Newton Abbot Racecourse has a wealth of free parking and the entry fee is £4.00 per adult.
