1 week to go - Newton Abbot Racecourse Country Show

Yes, in just one week’s time we’ll be back with the much-loved Newton Abbot Racecourse Country Fair. Join us from 10am on Saturday 6 August for a fun-filled day out for all of the family.

At this year’s show you’ll find something for everyone:

- Demonstrations throughout the day, including: Dartmoor Hill Pony Display Team, Victor Pitts Sheepdog display with ducks, Recycled Racehorse Falconry display and the Dartmoor Hunt display.

- Agricultural & Country Zone featuring: 4×4 display, Moor Than Alpacas, The Really Wild Game Co, Mason Kings garden machinery, farrier demonstration, thatching demonstration and more

- Lots of children’s activities, including: Humaryn Shetland Pony rides*, Exmouth miniature train rides*, SW Inflatables Bouncy Castle & Trampoline* plus our children’s play area

- Gun Quarter & BBQ Shack featuring the latest kit, plus Traeger and ProQ BBQs

- Country sports from Backwater Adventures – Archery*, plus pistol and rifle range*

- Over 80 exhibitors in our indoor Craft and Gift Fair, plus outdoor market stalls – see our Country Show page for the full listings

- Delicious food & drink options including:Silks Café, Alfresco Café, Pork baps, chips and soft drinks outlet, Food trailer in the Beer Garden, Really Wild catering, Hogs Bottom, Authentic Thai Food, Flavour Burst, Churros & slushies in the Agricultural Zone, two ice cream vans, Roly’s Fudge and Fussy Bakes

Tickets for this year’s Country Show are on sale now at just £5 when booking in advance. Alternatively, tickets can be purchased on the day for £6.
