The show will be a chance to meet a wealth of like-minded people and organisations who can support you to feel refreshed, with a complete holistic approach.
Running from 10am, entry is just £4 for a day full of all things wellbeing and wellness, including access to our wellbeing workshops.
With a wide selection of wellbeing providers and practitioners exhibiting at the event (listed at the bottom of this page), there will be an abundance of opportunities to find new products and services to enhance your wellbeing.

JANE TAYLOR – COME DOWSE WITH ME
Unleash your natural intuition, learn simple techniques to ask questions and receive answers through dowsing rods, pendulums, or even your own body. Connect with the unseen, discover how to interpret subtle vibrations and unlock hidden messages from the world around you. Harness your inner power, gain confidence in your intuitive abilities and learn to trust your gut feeling. This workshop will equip you with practical tools and unleash a world of possibilities. So grab your curiosity, open your mind, and dive into the hidden currents of your intuition! Pendulums are available to borrow if you don’t own one yet.

CONRAD ROBINSON – QIGONG WORKSHOP
An opportunity to try some Qigong exercises from the Lee Family Taoyin Qigong system. These exercises combine breathing and gentle movement to help maintain and improve health. Taught by Conrad Robinson from Hand of the Wind Taijiquan and Paignton Tai Chi Studio who has over 30 years of experience in Tai Chi and Qigong. The exercises will be performed standing and no equipment is necessary so there is no need to bring anything along to the workshop other than yourself!

JENNY DAVY – ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE (MAXIMUM 10 PARTICIPANTS)
Performance enhancement. Pain relief. Posture perfection. The technique can free up breathing, circulation and digestion, help with stress-related conditions and train you to improve skills, posture and wellbeing. Jenny has been teaching for 25+ years. This workshop will give you a taster for hands on work, some back relief and some top tips. Please bring a yoga mat, 4 inches of paperbacks* to support your head and warm layers for laying down. *so the height of the support can be adjusted to suit your neck/back

HELEN LAUER – SEASIDE SHIATSU WORKSHOP
Learn how to connect with your body’s natural energy. Learn gentle techniques to open our Meridians and enhance the natural flow of Ki (energy) for physical and mental well-being. Access ’5 minute feel good techniques’ to use at home and key acupressure points useful for issues such as stress, anxiety, calming a busy mind and digestion. No equipment needed.

EILEEN PICKFORD – HYPNOTHERAPY, NLP & MINDSCAPING
I will be explaining the benefits of using Hypnotherapy, NLP and Mindscaping to see permanent change with issues such as anxiety, trauma, fears, pain, addiction and many other issues which can arise. I will carry out a group Hypnotherapy session for participants of the workshop to experience firsthand how therapeutic and relaxing Hypnotherapy is. The group session will focus on wellbeing and positivity. I will then take questions from the group.

JANE JONES – CREATING A SPACE FOR HEALING
Join me for a brief workshop – Keep calm…..and hold a crystal. If you’ve ever been curious about crystals, come and explore the beautiful healing energy of carnelian. Discover the warmth and joy of the colour orange, recognised for its optimistic and uplifting qualities. Our body has energy centres known as chakras. The second chakra called the sacral chakra is considered the source of our creativity. Engaging with the energy of carnelian can amplify the flow of energy throughout our body and tap into the creativeness that lies within us. Creating a space for healing is to rebalance the ripples in your life.

JO FISHWICK & MAGS VICKERS – THE GONG SANCTUARY
Experience the mysterious yet soothing sounds emanate from a selection of gongs which can lull the listener into a state of restorative relaxation or meditation. Visitors will either be invited to sit on chairs or lie on yoga mats to relax and enjoy a 30 minute sound bath. There is nothing else to do but sit or lie back and enjoy the therapeutic benefits of the gongs. Bring a yoga mat to lie on, a cushion and a blanket. There will be a limited quantity of yoga mats available for visitors on a first come basis.

A talk and demonstration about how tuning fork frequencies work during a Shamanic Bodywork Treatment in order to ease joints and muscles so they soften and I can go deeper with my intuitive touch. Talking about the importance of the Vagus nerve and how humming, singing or chanting can regulate your autonomic nervous system. There are many benefits including regulating blood pressure and helping to ease anxiety.
